WORKSHOP FOR YOUNG PEOPLE – Bringing a fresco to life through projection mapping and sound creation.

Creative, fun and interactive, this 3-in-1 workshop immerses participants in three complementary artistic practices to create a living audiovisual work: visual arts, video mapping and interactive sound creation. The aim is to offer children a space for free expression to explore different forms of creation and nurture their imaginations through these different disciplines.

Supervised by three artists, the 15 youngsters are divided into small groups to experiment with each practice and contribute to the creation of a collective work. Working with materials, paints and volumetric objects to create a triptych inspired by the theme of sand. Manipulation of interactive boxes designed for the workshop and mapping software to generate and project video textures. Musical practice with the use of modified and augmented traditional instruments and the capture of everyday sounds to create a sound composition played live.

The workshop culminates in a performance open to the public, during which the 15 participants present their joint creation on stage.
