La Bulle opens its doors to the public and becomes its showroom

As part of the NO LOGO project, which will take place in Kairouan, Le Kef, and Bizerte from April 13 to 22, 2019, the ECHOS ELECTRIK association is launching the CARTE BLANCHE A LA VILLE program. A call for participation aimed at the players and residents of the three cities.

The appropriation of the Bubble by the public is one of the major challenges of our collaborative approach. Carte Blanche à La Ville is a call for participation aimed at the players and residents of each city. For six hours, the Bulle and its teams will be available for proposals from artists, collectives and local players.

Whether you’re an individual or a group, an institution or a private player, you have a musical creation to present, an artistic performance in dance or theater, or a presentation of an association project in progress or under construction in the area. Carte Blanche à La Ville will be the public performance space for your most original projects!

Come and meet the residents and the public of your town, and make your approach known. All you have to do is send us your projects and complete applications to carteblanche@no-logo.xyz.

The final program for each city will be put online after the projects have been selected on April 1, 2019.

CARTE BLANCHE OBJECTIVES

To provide a space for local players to share and present the artistic and cultural projects being created in the city.

SELECTION

Projects will be selected on the basis of how they are presented and how they are rooted in the city. The promoters must be actors and residents of the three towns concerned.
