Ayoub Abid, aka Normal, born in Agadir in 1990, developed an early interest in visual art and music.
After graduating in Graphic Design in 2011, he went on to develop a multidisciplinary approach, exploring the applied arts through art direction and illustration, while remaining attached to the fine arts through his murals.
Since 2014, Normal has collaborated on several major cultural projects, namely the Boulevard (2017, 2018 & 2019 – poster and graphic charter), Gnaoua Festival (2018 & 2019 – posters) and British council (POP UP Studio 2018) but also on campaigns with Danone, Shem’s pub and Akwa group.
Despite his professional commitments, Ayoub never misses an opportunity to pick up his brushes again and paint a mural.
