Objective: To create independent performances and installations using a single computer equipped with Ableton, Madmapper and Touchdesigner. The workshop, in the form of a creative experimentation residency, will provide participating artists with perspectives to open up technical and aesthetic avenues. Centralize audio, video, shader, light and laser controls in a single software package, enabling protocols to be communicated in inter-creative ways. Whether you’re a musician or a video artist, a dancer or an actor, you’ll be able to intuitively link your audio content with video content or a lighting setup in real time, create virtual sets or have dance movements interact with different media. The result(s) of the residency workshop will be presented to the public during the No Logo tour.
