RESTORATION WORK HAS BEGUN!

Right from the first decentralized edition in April 2025, we decided to adopt a conscious, free-price ticketing system for the E-FESTval. All proceeds from the event have been dedicated to the progressive restoration of Ksar El Ferch.

For this first stage of renovation, we have decided to concentrate on the facade of the site: paving the exterior and interior entrances, installing enhanced lighting, replacing the large door with a solid palmwood door in keeping with the local aesthetic, repairing several damaged sections of wall, and placing the areas intended for the partners’ village, the Agora and the entrance to the campsite under gravel to make them easier to use.

Proceeds from future events will be used to continue this initiative until, we hope, the Ksar is completely restored.
