Practiced by shamans in Tibet before Buddhism and rediscovered in the West for therapeutic purposes, sound massage uses Tibetan bowls (singing bowls made of an alloy of 7 metals, some 30 different sizes and tones are used), Crystal bowls, bells, mini chimes, small xylophones…
Sound is struck or rubbed on and around the reclining body, which receives this vibration and emits some in turn. This exchange creates a feeling of well-being and dʼharmony.
The body becomes, in the expert hands of dʼIsa Belle, a score that receives your inner music. A diffusion of essential oils completes the subtle interplay of sound waves.
Outside the intimate space reserved for these individual sound massages (duration: between 10 and 20 minutes), a looped demo video (directed by Régis Cotentin) and an immersive sound environment made exclusively from various Tibetan bowls and bells by Paradise Now invite visitors (registration required) to this initiatory journey.
